장진철 상무는 삼성전자 반도체부문 엔지니어 출신으로 룩센트 인코포레이티드에서 다수의 M&A 실사 및 인수 기업에 대한 PMI 및 Value-up 컨설팅 업무를 수행하였으며, DSPE 및 Ascent PE에서 투자업무를 담당하였습니다.
장진철 상무는 National University of Singapore 경영대학원(MBA)을 졸업하였습니다.
